P & C

The Parkfield P&C is committed to assisting the school.  Meetings are held in the library at 7pm every second Tuesday of the month.  This is a great source of information to find out what is happening around the school.

The P&C Association helps the school by providing essential services such as Uniform Shop, Canteen, and Coffee Cake & Chat sessions at the start of the year to assist with the transition into the new school year.  We endeavour to provide information to parents and caregivers when possible by organising information sessions and providing information sheets via the Parkfield App. We also have a Facebook page to keep in touch with our community on current events and information.

Our current fundraising focus is on helping improve the reliability and access to the school’s expanding technology network.  This includes providing computers and contributing towards upgrading the server network.  In the past, the P&C have also helped by air conditioning the school for the comfort of children and staff. 

Fundraising is our major way of financially contributing to Parkfield.  You can help assist us in this goal by participating in purchasing goods from fundraising projects, assisting with fundraising activities, attending meetings or volunteering in the canteen.

Our main fundraising activities are sausage sizzles, Brunswick Show food  stall, Easter raffle, Mother’s and Father’s day stalls, and tea/coffee stall and ice cream van at both junior and senior Sports Carnivals.

Our committee members are elected at our AGM, held in March each year.  The current position holders are;
